What kind of chocolate do you have? TOP

I have Hershey Milk Chocolate®, Nestle Crunch ®,and Hershey with Almonds®, and for a limited time Hershey Dark®,! Yum!!

We also have Hershey mini bars as well. Don't forget we carry those great foil pouches that allow me to wrap lollipops, airheads, m&m's and more. You can even order a wrapper only and wrap a gift card inside!

How Long will it take for my order to ship? TOP

All orders are processed within 6-7 business days after proof is ok'd. The only exception are the candles and honey jars which will ship out within 7 -10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you.

What shipping services do you offer? TOP

I ship all items out via USPS priority or UPS. This way I receive Delivery Confirmation and you receive your orders within 2-3 days without paying a fortune in shipping costs. However if you live in Hampden County I offer FREE Delivery. At Checkout please select Pickup/Delivery and $0.00 will cbe alculated as your shipping costs.

How will I know my items will be fresh? TOP

I am not able to carry a large inventory of the perishable items. I purchase when I have an order for them. So you receive the highest quality products at all times.

What types of payments do you accept? TOP

I accept Personal Checks, Money orders and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. All Credit Card Transactions are conducted using a secure server and none of your personal information will be kept other than to process your order.

Where do your candles come from? TOP

Baby Shower Candles are from Swift River Candle Company with more coming soon. Wonderful Husband and Wife team located in Belchertown, MA.
The new line of candles are from Fallbrook Naturals; all are 100% soy and burn very clean and smell delicious!

What if there is an item I want to purchase and you don't have it on your site? TOP

No problem at all; just contact me and I will be happy to accomodate your requests, no order is too big or too small. Also be on the lookout in the categories for the Customized for you Boutique, where you can enter your theme or color choice and I will create something just for you. If you would like to see a proof before you buy just contact me and I will be happy to email you one to take a look at.

What is your return Policy? TOP

At this time the only refund I will issue is if there is a mistake made on my part and it could happen as we all do make mistakes. However if a proof is approved and the labels have been printed and then you wanted to change something afterwards, I cannot issue you a refund.

How will I know my order is on its way to me? TOP

You may track your order anytime using the Track your Order button on the home page. Simply enter your order # and email address and it will give you the up to date information. If you don't have your order number available have no fear and just supply your email address and your order number will be emailed to you right away! Once your package has been shipped you will find your tracking number and a little Thank you message from me there as well:). For local delivery I will contact you to find out what is a good time for delivery for you.

All of these adorable creations are created by Wax Dipped Creations,this wondeful mother daughter teamed has allowed me to sell their creations on my site!

Below are a few answers to most questions that you may have.

When you receive your Wax Dipped Creation all you need to do is take it out of the decorative packaging and sit it on a doily or candle plate (a doily is included) to protect your furnishings. Your Wax Dipped Creation shouldn’t be sat directly on wood furniture (the same way a candle shouldn’t sit directly on furniture).

You shouldn’t need to do anything else for a month. After a month the scent may start to fade, but heating it with a hair dryer for 2 minutes (or until the wax gets soft) will release the scent again and make your Wax Dipped Creation as good as new.

Your Wax Dipped Creation should last for several months (up to a year).

Another tip: If your Wax Dipped Creation ever gets dusty, just use the hair dryer on “cool” heat to make it as good as new (again).

Wax Dipped Creations are very low maintenance and a lot safer than a candle. Wax Dipped Creations ARE NOT candles, so therefore there is NO FLAME.

Do you have any of the Kid Accessories in stock? TOP

Yes I do, I have the Dripstiks, Lil toppers and Dwink boxes all in house and ready to ship as soon a payment is recieved.

If I purchase Wrappers Only How will I know how to wrap them myself? TOP

I will include photo instructions with wrappers only orders. Your order will include your personalized wrappers and an extra to try with. Silver foil pouches so that you just have to slip the originally wrapped candy bar into the pouch and peel off the double sided tape and your candy bar is now ready to be wrapped. It will resemble the way Hershey® used to wrap their bars instead of the brown flaps hanging out. Then you will take your personalized wrapper and wrap the bar and secure using a gluestick and then insert your final wrapped bar into a clear sleeve also provided for a beautiful personalized candy bar anyone would be pleased to hand out! Don't worry it's sounds complicated but once you complete one you will be on a roll! :)
